[摘要] 本文将近十年有关脑出血及脑出血后脑水肿的文献进行总结，分析脑出血后周围组织继发脑水肿病理机制。证实脑出血后周围组织继发脑水肿与炎症因子等多种物质有关，主要病理过程为细胞毒性反应和血管性脑水肿。

    Research progress in the study of pathological mechanism of brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage

    [Abstract] The literature of recent ten years was summarized and on the surrounding tissue of brain edema and intracerebral hemorrhage was analyzed.Brain edema was associated with inflammatory factor and other factor.The main pathological process was a cytotoxic reaction and vascular brain edema.
